Welcome, I’m Donna a woman’s Holistic Counsellor and Empowerment Coach. My services are focused on treating the whole person – mind, body and soul. This is achieved through exploring the spiritual self, the emotional self, and the mental and physical self. My services are a means to share my knowledge with you so it can impact your life as it has my own. I’m passionate about assisting woman in becoming even more self-empowered by assisting them in relieving their own anxiety and heal their emotional pain. I provide an environment that aims to soothe and also be uplifting.
